Terms & Conditions

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and exclusive of applicable GST (18%).
One-Time charges are payable in advance along with PO. This charge is non-refundable.
Annual Subscription is payable after implementation and before going live. This amount is non-refundable. From second year onwards, annual subscription will become due on the anniversary of go-live and subscription will go up by 10% from previous year to ensure maintenance of past years' data.
SMS is charged at ₹1 per SMS and deducted from Wallet.
WhatsApp is charged at ₹1.50 per message and deducted from Wallet.
Quotation valid for 30 days from the date of this quotation.
This quotation covers software subscription only; hardware and networking are excluded.
Online training 5 days included in the above one-time charges. On-site training will be chargeable @₹5,000 per day plus travel, boarding & lodging.
Customisations beyond standard modules will be quoted separately.
